It’s not something you pull off every day; nevertheless my best so far.
Still working on that love wave!!
….but I’m going to try other combos first, like rosetta+3 heart chain, rosetta and full blown heart, double rosetta (may be too hard)
Just a few thoughts on it:
- Heart is slightly skewed because I tried to pour it more to the left, but the milk swirls in a circle so I have to correct it and bring it back to the middle. So not as beautifully symmetrical as the flat white. (This is a cappuccino)
- Blobs of froth, I always go one blob too many and the last heart in the chain -just- made it.
- I don’t know what happened to the third heart in the chain, I must have wriggled my wrist slightly to get a tad more froth out.
- Almost overflowed, but perfect amount of milk left in the jug. (Almost no milk left in jug).
- I’m still an amateur and they use such ugly coffees for posters they print at the chain stores!!! Even I can do nicer stuff!! I should totally get some money to do some coffees for advertisements?
